Welcome to the page for the Australian External Territories. The [W] external territories of Australia are uniquely isolated from the rest of Australia and the low (or non-existent) local population makes mapping in the area particularly challenging. This project page is a sub-project of the Australia OSM Project and is used to coordinate mapping efforts and enhance collaboration in the area.
