GeoCoordinateConverter is a set of programs for converting between geographic cartesian coordinates (Gauss-Krueger/D48, Transverse Mercator/D96) and geodetic coordinates (latitude/longitude on ETRS89/WGS84) for Slovenia, using affine/triangle based transformation.
