JOSM/Plugins/Shrinkwrap

Shrinkwrap is a JOSM plugin that offers three actions to create:

  • A convex hull around the selection
  • A "shrinkwrapped" way (concave hull) around the selection
  • A "ballooned" way (inner concave hull?) around the cursor
