The key =* indicates whether public transport related information is announced regularly or on certain events at a specific platform. This information cannot be accessed on demand, in contrast to speech_output=*.
How to map
Add the key to the object that represents the platform.
Based on local conventions =no can be assumed. For example, in germany announcements are usually provided on train stations, but not on bus stops, therefore tagging =no on a bus stop is usually not neccessary as it is already implied.
