This tag is used for linking an OpenStreetMap object with a feature that's been photographed for CycleStreets. For example a node tagged with amenity=bicycle_parking in OpenStreetMap may correspond to a photo of that cycle parking in CycleStreets. The ID (digits only, e.g. 12345) of that cycle parking "location" in CycleStreets should be entered as the value for the =* tag.
