It is unclear how to tag cases where situation is unclear - water is not checked but there is no "no drinking water sign" (drinking_water:signed=no ?).

It is also unclear how to tag cases where water is widely drinked but not approved by public authorities (spring in mountains used by campground and so on).

It is not defined how to tag places signed as "conditionally drinkable" or "boil before drinking" - =discouraged?
