This page describes tags for the "floor" of 3D buildings, which can be seen from the outside. It has meaning in cases, when building or building:part has tag min_height or building:min_level. Note that the word "floor" is more commonly associated with the surface you walk on, but in this case we are referring to the floor of a three-dimensional object, which means the lower surface of building or part of building, which can be seen from the outside when looking upwards (more commonly known as the ceiling)
