Add the property tag =* to a feature such as a tourism=wilderness_hut, tourism=guest_house, tourism=apartment, leisure=swimming_pool, highway=footway (with heavy snowfall) etc. to specify that this kind of heating is available at the feature.
Values
In Germany, the usual heating is central_heating (
Central_heating radiator, water heated by oil or gas by a boiler in the basement), while in France electic (Electric_heating) is usual.
