highway:class:pl describes road's construction quality standard

Roads can be classified

  • by importance in road network (which should be used for highway=*)
  • road's construction quality standard
  • by official road classification,

Neither is exact match to any other. "Droga główna klasy G" is not always "droga wojewódzka", and G class road is not 1:1 match to highway=tertiary and "droga wojewódzka" is not always highway=tertiary

This tag allows to record the official road class, what may be useful for some purposes, without mistagging highway=*.
