Determines whether a track uses a ballastless system or is a classic track with the rails placed on ties and ballast.

Currently used values are =no and =yes.

Due to the vast majority of track being ballasted it probably makes sense to use this tag only on tracks that are ballastless or where one would expect a ballastless tracks but there is a ballasted one.
