This key is set to a Boolean value that indicates whether a high-occupancy vehicle (hov=*) must pay a toll to travel along the road. The key overrides the value of toll=* or toll:lanes=* for HOVs. A toll lane that exempts HOVs is called a high-occupancy toll lane or HOT lane.

Software support
This Valhalla issue requests support for using this tag to keep the "avoid tolls" option from interfering with an HOV requirement that the user already meets.
