Proposal
Namespacing jurisdiction-specific vehicle category for use as mode in legal restrictions and tolling.
Rationale
DE:key:toll currently documents using EU / UN vehicle class directly. However, this may not be universally applicable. New suffixes are created disorganized. Another method documented is *=*, This is can't be used as suffix, limiting extensibility.
