A television which is available for public use. If payment=* is not specified, it's assumed to be free. If it's part of a cafe or shop, and is available only for customers, use access=customers.

Never use for televisions that are not available for public use, due to verifiability and privacy concerns.

How to map

Place a node node at the location of the television with the tag amenity=. Do not tag private televisions!
