A track only on the right side of the road.

If you can ride in both directions add cycleway:right:oneway=no.

cycleway:right= should also be used in one-way streets, since cycleway=track for a person it is clear that there is only one cycleway here, but not for the renderer (e.g. countries with Left-hand traffic).

Left or right depend on the direction in which the way is drawn in OpenStreetMap.

Alternative tagging

Adding cycleway=separate to the road and mapping cycleway as a separate highway=cycleway is also used.
