How to map

Place a node at the center of the warehouse building or the warehouse grounds and add the tag man_made=.

Alternatively, Draw an area around the grounds of the facility, and apply the tag.

The tag may also be applied to the warehouse building.

Specifying warehouse type

Use the key warehouse=* to describe the type of warehouse.

Tag history

Note that this tag is used extremely rarely, especially given how many warehouses are there.

Though vast majority of building=warehouse will be in active use as a warehouse, without separately mapped man_made=.
