The network= tag should be used for routes that are controlled by the Palisades Interstate Park Commission and use the brown leaf shield design. Most notably, this includes the Palisades Interstate Parkway, a controlled-access highway in New Jersey and New York; however, there are also several more minor parkways in Harriman State Park that meet this criteria.
