The tag office= has been used to map the office of a healthcare company, such as the administrative office of a hospital system.

In some cases it has been used instead of more common tags for healthcare facilities such as amenity=doctors for a physician's office, amenity=clinic for a clinic, amenity=dentist for a dentist office, or sometimes amenity=social_facility. For such uses it is better to use tags making clear that given place is where healthcare workers operate, not just administrative staff - for example for place where dentist works use amenity=dentist, not office=. There are also a number of specific tags under healthcare=* for specialized healthcare facilities such as healthcare=physiotherapist or office=therapist.

Note that office=company may also be used for office of the health-care company. Some use of company=healthcare combined with them exists, but is currently minimal.
