A property marking shop as selling only used, second hand, products
See second_hand=yes for ones selling some used products but also new ones.
shop=clothes and shop=car are among the most common ones, but it can also apply to other tags such as amenity=marketplace (flea market).
Note that this tag should be also OK to use if object is selling some tiny amount of new objects (if there is a flea market selling old furniture, old jewellery, old books and there is a stand with snacks and food is not second hand then marking amenity=marketplace + second_hand= is fine, just map that amenity=fast_food as a separate object).
