Bullfighting, both on foot and on horseback, is a physical contest in which bulls are fought by humans. It is practiced in Spain, Portugal, southern France and various Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador. It is also an exhibition show in China, the Philippines and the United States.

The sport= tag is typically used in combination with leisure=stadium to map bullrings. To map the pitch of a bullring (ruedo), use leisure=pitch in combination with sport=.

You can also use sport= in combination with leisure=pitch to map small bullrings without tiered seating (bullrings without stadium).

Finally, sport= can also be used in bullfighting academies.
