A generation substation is a substation whose main function is to dispatch and/or transform a power plant's output for feed-in to the transmission network.
Voltage is traditionally step up with power transformers. They're usually called step up substations (605-01-04).
In those situations, we should map individual transformers with transformer=generator and indicate grid voltage with voltage:secondary=*.
