Indicates that using a vehicle is allowed. Overrides access=*, and in turn can be overridden by more specific access tags like vehicle=* and motor_vehicle=*.

Note that in general it is not useful to add vehicle= where access=yes is present or where road is clearly open to vehicle traffic (for example on highway=tertiary).
