Adam Miller is a faith-healer who claims to be able to cure cancer of any kind and any stage, spinal injuries, poisoning, and AIDS. In December 2014, a YouTuber, Stephanie Guttormson, called him out (correctly) as a con artist on her YouTube channel, ThinkStephtically:[1]

“”Adam Miller is a charlatan. He's a swindler. He's a snake-oil salesman. You risk your lives delaying or forgoing proper medical treatment by going to him for help, and more importantly, for believing his unsubstantiated claims.

After replying with a rebuttal video that pointed out how Guttormson is transgender and works for the Richard Dawkins Foundation, Miller filed a lawsuit against Guttormson for copyright infringement and defamation. He later dismissed his lawsuit[2] but has indicated that he is planning to reopen the case shortly.[3] Guttormson has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money to defend herself against these charges.[4]
