- Shadow War is declared between the wu of the Thousand Whisper Jade Blossom and the Bone Flower Mandarins of Pyongyang over the issue of the destruction of a wraith. The war will last longer than the Azure Dragon Court and, since the authority to dissolve it does no longer exist, is waged until the present night.[1]
