  • Horizon mages catch Adepts from Doissetep spying on private meetings. Doissetep claims Horizon is holding its Adepts hostage. The Council of Nine agrees to drop charges if Doissetep publicly supports Horizon. Doissetep agrees. The Council institutes a formal policy regarding spies: Avatar branding and 20 years forced labour.[2]
  • Deposed Silver Fang Czar Vasili IV dies in Warsaw.
