  • Paranormal investigator Harry Price releases Confessions of a Ghost Hunter about his investigations and methodology.[2]
  • The last known thylacine dies in captivity. Small enclaves along with scattered Bunyip protectors linger on on Tasmania, but the species' doom is sealed.[3]
  • A.B. Cumin's The First Cabal and the Goro Monks is published by Eon Press.[4]
  • A Grand Tribunal formally admits House Fortunae as a full House, subsuming House Mercere in the process.[5][6][7]
  • By this time, Jason Ninemen holds two jobs to support his family: by day, he assembles machine guns. By night, he's a "medium."[8]
  • Crippled by the Great Depression, remnants of House Luxor are subsumed into the Sons of Ether.[6]
  • Ed Leedskalnin dismantles Coral Castle from Florida City and moves it near Homestead.[9]
