Abdallah
Abdallah is a 4th generation Cainite of unknown lineage. He is a member of the Inconnu and the Monitor of Cairo.
Biography
Abdallah was embraced around the year 0 AD by an unknown member of the Third Generation, who tasked Abdallah with monitoring his own mortal bloodline expecting three different signs of a coming prophecy:
- First, a mortal descendant of Abdallah would appear and attain great power in the mortal realm as both as defender and uniter.
- Second, a cainite would arrive claiming no vampiric family, but instead of shunning his lack of lineage he would bear it with pride.
- Third, this clanless warrior would eventualy rise to power on his city of residence, coming to lord over all of his kind.
Abdallah saw the first portent fulfilled when Saladin became sultan of Egypt. The second portent became a reality when the Caitiff Mukhtar Bey arrived in Cairo and quickly rose to prominence, becoming Antonius' right hand man. However, Abdallah suspected Antonius to be under the sway of the Setites, and since Mukhtar Bey was unquestioningly loyal to his Prince the Methuselah feared the Caitiff would never truly fulfill the third prophecy and become a prince himself, so he instigated the local lupines to attack the prince, hoping for him to die and for Mukhtar Bey to ascend as the new prince of Cairo.
However, the plan backfired and Mukhtar Bey fled the lupines rather than fight them. This confused the Methuselah and so Abdallah retreated back into the night to recalculate his approach, and he has not been seen ever since.
