Adam Chen is the face man for the kidnapping operation run by David D'Angelo and Sheriff Ostler.

Overview

Chen is a good-looking, slender man who relies on talking to get his way. He acts as the scout for D'Angelo's operation, finding marks and passing word on to the others. Chen takes great pains to remain ignorant of what happens to the marks afterwards, convincing himself that since he does not take part in any rape, torture, or murder, he is still innocent.

Chen is very much not a fighter, and if pressed into combat, he will try to escape as quickly as he possibly can.
