Adeline Durand

Adeline Durand is a fearsome Ventrue Archon dispatched to investigate Ottawa's Anarch problem.

Her treatment of everyone is needlessly hostile and confrontational. If Adeline really wants to make you do something, it's basically impossible to stop her. She also mentions a "Gangrel Prince of Tucson" at some point and speaks of him with obvious distaste.
