Alonzo Ruiz

Alonzo Ruiz was the Prince of the Aswang Court of Blood, the local Kindred political structure of the Philippines, in 1946. Early in the year, there had been rumors of Masquerade breaches by some vampire. In response, Ruiz sent out one of his childer, Jorge de Padilla, to investigate matters.

Though his clan is unknown, the names of a number of his "ancestors" are known: Alvar Delgado, his sire; Macario Vargas; Jacinto Mateo Mendoza de Toledo; and Agueda Ortega y de la Santiago de Vega.
