Occasional partner to the Cheiron Group, Amalgama is an important player in biotechnology and manufacturing. Those more in the know understand them to be corporate mercenaries, ensuring the success or failure of a target for the right price — provided the target is not invested in the supernatural; Amalgama considers it poor sense to target those more capable of fighting back.
In truth, Amalgama is run by three immortal Dutch alchemists born in the 15th and 16th centuries. This group’s goal is to control the world’s alchemists. Those alchemists who refuse to play along are harassed or murdered by the company’s paid thugs.
