Annabelle is the Prince of Quebec City since the 1980s. She was Embraced into clan Tremere.
Overview
Prince Annabelle has held Quebec City as her domain since the 1980s, building up one of the most powerful Chantries in North America there. When Ottawa's Tremere left their city in protest against Prince Arundel welcoming the Banu Haqim, she was more than happy to bring those errant Tremere into the fold.
Troubling reports have been surfacing regarding the migration of a new faction of rogue Warlocks to her domain. While these rumors are unverified, those who are interested in political dealings with Prince Annabelle would be wise to keep them in mind.
Trivia
- Annabelle has met with Carna, and decided to join the latter's House.
- During the events of Parliament of Knives, Annabelle can meet her Final Death at the hands of Arundel. Another possible outcome is that the protagonist ends up blood bonded to her.
