Arika was the Inner Circle member for Clan Ventrue first mentioned in the Dark Sovereigns expansion set of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle.

Speculation

As it is frequently said that a Hardestadt sits as the Ventrue representative on the Inner Circle, it's possible that Arika is a descendant of Hardestadt the Elder.
