Arisen (WTO)

Arisen are Wraiths who have Transcended.

Transcendence is rare in modern nights, with one estimate being that less than 0.5% of wraiths becoming Arisen. Descriptions of Transcendence by witnesses conflict with one another, but may involve beams of lights, parting clouds, or other heavenly imagery. The Arisen depart from the Underworld and are never seen again, leaving some wraiths suspicious or fearful of what undiscovered country Transcendence will take them to.
