Arthur Caxton

Arthur Caxton was a Courtless changeling who appeared before the freehold of London during the late 16^th century.

Overview

Bearing a powerful Token known as Excalibur's Sheath, Caxton sought to unite all the Court's under his rule and recreate Camelot. To that end, he challenged all the freehold's knights to attempt to defeat him or join in his crusade to reclaim Excalibur itself, which he required for the task.

Unfortunately, the true nature of Caxton's Excalibur and Avalon was that they were Arcadian, and the Lady of the Lake who stood guard over the sword was a True Fae.

On stopping Caxton and defeating him, London's changelings tossed the scabbard into the Lake; the Other appeared, retrieved the would-be-king's body, then left without taking any others.
