Asian Theatre

The Asian Theatre is an abandoned theatre in Hollywood. Despite being run-down, Isaac Abrams held it in very high regard.

The Theatre boasted a small courtyard outside its front doors, an elaborate lobby with a skylight, and a large theater room.

In late 2004, a Gargoyle had taken up residence in the theater, and Isaac wanted it removed.

The Asian Theatre is a very clear stand-in for Grauman's Chinese Theatre, a famous Hollywood theater which has hosted the Academy Awards and still serves as a popular first-run movie theater, even appearing as a set piece in films like Iron Man 3. In the base game, bus stop maps still refer to it as the "Chinese Theatre."
Although typically "theater" is used in the United States, and "theatre" is used in other English-speaking countries, many places in the US use the "theatre" spelling in order to give a sense of elevated class or sense of history, such as New York's Theatre District, or (in this case) the Chinese Theatre. Isaac's dialog, however refers to it as the "Asian Theater," so the correct spelling in this case is inconsistent.
The Film Canister for Tap Hotel is found in the theater room, just to the right of the central speaker in front of the projection screen.
