Bards
The Bards are a lost Aspect of wererat society. Colloquially known as "Speakers", they acted as the peacemakers of the race: Intermediaries between the Ratkin and other races, gathering legends to add to their collective Blood Memory. Emissaries to Garou Sept during the early days of the world, they were the first to die when their race was betrayed.
