Benjamin Wayne Masters

Benjamin Wayne Masters is the leader of a God-Machine cult known as the Cult of Revelations.

Overview

Orphaned at a young age, Masters was regularly neglected by his foster families, to the point that he eventually fled for a year. When he returned, he seemed a perfectly normal, if rather religious, individual. He regularly attended church, taking on some responsibilities, up until he was caught molesting a young girl in the choir room.

Expelled from his church, Masters left to travel with a missionary group in Nigeria. There, he ran across a group of children who had come upon a clearing that was home to a facet of the God-Machine — a hole filled with whirring gears and cogs.

Now, Masters has accepted the God-Machine as truth, and has built a cult out of the homeless people in his old home, where he found a similar facet of the Machine. He is not generally violent, though it is readily apparent that he has cracked.
