Bill Ebberds
Bill Ebberds is a police officer working in Monticello, Georgia and, presumably, is a member of the Ebberds family to which Lemuel Ebberds once belonged. Ironically, Bill was one of the officers investigating the case of the '57 Chevy, a spirit spawned from a car owned by his family.
