Michel Bouchard
Bouchard is the Nosferatu Primogen in Ottawa. He participates in the blood hunt for Robert Ward.
Biography
Little is known about the origins of the powerful Nosferatu Primogen. Though rumors have circulated among neonates for years that he was Embraced during the War of 1812, these tales have been widely discredited by local elders who are well aware that Bouchard is likely significantly older than he wishes to let on.
More reasonable estimates place Michel's Embrace in the early 1600s during the French colonization of North America. Bouchard and the erstwhile Nosferatu Prince Cranston came to blows over territory in Ottawa's sewer system, and before Cranston's destruction, she amassed a detailed dossier on Bouchard's past, suggesting he had been embraced not long after the founding of Quebec City, then capital of New France. Unfortunately, the veracity of these claims are nearly impossible to verify after Cranston's destruction at the hands of Montreal's Sabbat. If the dossier survived, it is doubtlessly among Prince Arundel's personal belongings.
Bouchard is the undisputed master of the sewers and tunnels running below the busy streets of Ottawa, and he manages a list of those who access his domain and what they do while they're there via an extensive system of cameras and surveillance equipment. While Michel himself is distrustful of modern technology, he employs a network of human and neonate servants to catalogue the recordings and tabulate them on paper for his records.
