Captain Wrack
Captain Wrack is an Unseelie Redcap of unknown seeming and one of the most dangerous Kithain in all of Concordia.
Overview

In these dark times, bands of marauding redcaps seem to be everywhere; waylaying travelers, sacking the occasional freehold, and otherwise terrorizing the land, and doing so with an unrestrained ferocity that inspires both legends and sleepless night in the opponents and potential prey.
Of all of these corbies, none is more fearsome than the one led by the self-titled Captain Wrack. He's a fearsome fellow; all tangled limbs and sharp teeth, and he keeps perhaps the most vicious band of redcap cut-throats in Concordia under his thumb. When he turns them loose, they're an unholy terror. When he says the word, though, they are as quiet and well-behaved as church mice. That's when people should be most afraid because Wrack is undoubtably thinking up some new devilry to inflict on someone.
Wrack came by his title and troop honestly: he bullied, beat, and bit his way up the chain of command. Even as a childling he had organized a gang of ruffians and thieves that terrorized the court of Portland in the Kingdom of Pacifica. He soon graduated, though, to bigger things. He did a stint as a monster hunter but it didn't satisfy his bloodlust so he moved up to bigger prey. He was quickly declared an outlaw with a price put on his head. That backfired, though. The longer he endured as a hunted criminal, the more his fame grew and the more trouble-makers flocked to him. These days he has over two dozen fae, redcaps and others, fighting under his bloody rag banner; all well disciplined and out for the kill. They show no mercy in a fight, for they know they will be shown none, and for now they have not suffered a single defeat.
As for the Captain, he takes the forefront in every battle, swinging a scythe that's half again as tall as he is but which he can wield with inhuman speed. He's everywhere on the battlefield at once and fights like he has eyes in the back of his head. When not fighting, he's a meticulous planner and strategist. He wastes few words and can whip his corby into a frenzy with a few pointed sentences.
What's worse is that in the last couple of months, he has dropped off the map. No one knows where he or his followers are and that makes everyone, putative friend and foe alike, very, very nervous.
