Carlos (VTM)
Carlos is a City Gangrel of the 11th generation and a member of the Talons pack. He is the ultimate "Yes Man" among his Inquisitor companions, even dabbling in infernalism if so directed by Mercy. He rarely takes initiative, but when ordered, he follows it at the risk of his own destruction.
