Cassandra's Locket

Cassandra's Locket is a locket worn by Cassandra Kelly when she killed at the wrap party for Time Storm. It's important enough to her that it still manifests on her body in her Spectre form. It's one of three of her Fetters needed to allow passage to the bomb shelter, as well as one of the Fetters needed to destroy her.

Location

The Locket can be found in the elevator which opens in the wine cellar, immediately after being given the quest to retrieve all three objects.
