Chaldeans
The Chaldeans are the primary leadership of L'Enfants Diabolique, a group composed of individuals carrying infernal blood. The Chaldeans are a trio of blind men living in three French cities: Nice, Paris, and Bordeaux. They remain largely unseen by most of their subordinates, the only exceptions being those who deliver their messages.
