Chuntao Tsang

Chuntao Tsang is a mortal citizen of Beijing capable of seeing spirits.

Overview

“ I think they hate us all, for we are still alive and our ancestors are still beloved. ”

A teenager whose family is devoted to honoring their ancestors, Tsang, everywhere she looks, sees people abandoning traditional offerings to the dead. Her worldview has, naturally, led her to see spirits through the lens of said traditions. As such, she considers spirits to be the unquiet dead, whose families no longer care for them.

Tsang does not know much of the Shadow. She assumes it is a realm of forgotten souls who wander aimlessly, unanchored to the Wheel of Life.
