Cicely Rowe
Cicely Rowe was an Invictus climber working for Richard Bithewaye in the time of Elizabeth I. Generally treated poorly, Rowe was infuriated at the fact that she was not in line for a position of authority, despite the amount of power she wielded due to the web of favors and bribes she had collected as a proprietress of the finest of London's gentlemen's taverns and theatres.
Rowe at some point became privy to Richard's birth name and utterly common origins, though she had difficulty deciding to whom she wished to sell the information.
