Circle (MTAw)
Circles were the precursor to modern mages' cabals. Geographic in nature, Circles of the Wise, usually composed of four or five individuals, gathered to solve problems beyond the means of single mages to handle. Typically, they were defined by rivalries among peers, rather than friendships.
