The Clockwork Trod is a Trod in Caledonia.

Overview

The Clockwork Trod is King Niall's greatest achievement. Niall supervised the construction of several chimerical clocktowers in Aberdeen, St. Andrews, Dundee, and Inverness. The towers open trods between the cities on a tight schedule. Due to the intricate and capricious nature of the machinery, sustaining the Clockwork Trod is the provender of crews of fae craftsmen. The timetables change from time to time, but it is unknown whether this is due to the whim of Niall, or the machinery.
