Colette, the Lovesick Girl

The Lovesick Girl is an Insatiable Collector who preys on others' emotions. Colette grew up in a loveless household, leaving her desperate for affection in any form. She infects her prey with a kind of obsessive infatuation, then drains them of all life in a deadly embrace. However, if someone offers her genuine, uncoerced affection, she becomes confused and usually retreats.

Colette appears to be a young Latina woman wearing unremarkable clothing with hardly any bloodstains. If forced into her Horrific form, she becomes a vaguely human-shaped black hole that sucks in anything around her.
