Obituary, Helen Richards. Today we mourn the passing of our beloved daughter, dead before her time. Helen was a very special woman, who let nothing stand in her way.

She enjoyed a great career as a cinematographer in Hollywood, and worked with many of the greatest stars of the 90s. Howard Barclay, head of Elegant Pictures, and producer on several of her movies was once a dear friend.

When she left California behind her, she returned home to New York to be closer to her family, and spent her last years close to those who loved her most. She will be dearly missed.
