Constantine (WOD)
Constantine was a Roman Emperor who founded the ruined city of Byzantium into Constantinople. He became Emperor after defeating his opponent Maxentius in battle near Byzantium and in Rome. His influence led to the creation of the vampiric Triumvirate.
